I bring a fusion approach while using classic techniques. No event is identical, I started The Galley Catering so I could personally work with each client to determine the best possible flavor profiles for every dish. Being creative and making your experience a success is of most importance! Like an artist uses a brush and canvas, I use a sauce and plate. I look forward to planning your next meal!
